Exploring the depths of your mind is breaking free from stagnant inertia. If you don't cultivate the soil on time to plant seeds, it will solidify and transform into stone. A mind devoid of breath and space will become a desolate land where life cannot thrive.

The journey to rediscover myself is truly arduous. The wounds I avoided addressing to move forward were trampled upon, distorted, and left as a shapeless void. It's daunting to return and till the parched, cracked earth that has endured for so long. As I clear the land, now amidst this fear, I sow seeds and await the nourishing rain from the heavens.
